What shooting input can Esoft handle?
We handle all types of shooting input: Single exposure, single flash, HDR (merged or unmerged), multiple flashes, and ambients.
How much is your editing, and do you have a volume discount?
Our pricing varies from client to client, depending on your input and output requirements. Depending on your volume, we might have a special discount. Please contact our Business Development team with your indicated volume to discuss further.
What if I want to make changes or request corrections?
You will inform us via our ordering portal with the visual annotation tool. If it’s your change of mind, we’ll charge the additional request. In case it’s our editor’s fault, we’ll edit until you are happy for free.
What is Esoft’s turnaround time? Do you offer rush delivery editing?
On average, 12 hours. That might be less or more, depending on your requirement level and service level agreement with Esoft. We averagely take 4 hours for rush orders but that might take longer if your order size is massive.
What is the file-transferring method?
We have a white-labeled online ordering portal for clients to upload input files. We then edit and upload the edited output to that portal. You’ll be notified once the order is ready to download. We also have API integrations to connect our system to yours.
What are your operation hours?
Our retouchers work from 6:30 AM Monday to 10:30 pm Saturday (GMT +7 time zone). We have people on duty on Sunday, but only for urgent situations.
Do you have an account management team?
Yes, we do have a dedicated account management team for each client. The team might include Business Development representatives, product experts, quality specialists, customer support, etc.
Can I choose one editor for all of my projects to get consistent output quality?
We have a dedicated team, rather than one editor, to be able to handle your volume fluctuations. They are trained in your style before working on your account to ensure consistent quality.
How does Esoft protect your privacy and data?
We follow GDPR standard practice in handling your identity, input and output data.
How does Esoft process payment?
We collect payment via online payment gateway and direct bank transfer in USD. You will receive the previous month’s invoice with detailed payment instructions at the beginning of the month.
